LifePath's Grow-a-Nurse program

LifePath announces nursing scholarships!

Last year, LifePath announced a new program called, "Grow A Nurse". Over the years, LifePath has been fortunate to have employees who have taken advantage of LifePath's tuition reimbursement program, furthered their education in the nursing field and then continued their employment with LifePath in the position of an LPN or RN. In order to continue to encourage others to take this path, LifePath will be offering four(4) different employees each year (as long as the program is in effect), tuition in the amount of up to $7,500 to continue their education in the nursing field.  

In order to qualify for the tuition funds, an employee must be employed with LifePath for a minimum of 2 years and be in good standing. In addition, employees who are interested must submit the “Grow A Nurse Application Form” available by emailing jobs@lifepath.org.

Those employees’ who are chosen to receive the “Grow a Nurse” tuition, will be required to sign a contract with LifePath which requires them to continue their employment with LifePath in the position of LPN/RN for a period of two (2) years following the receipt of their nursing license. Failure to remain employed will result in the employee being required to pay back the tuition. In addition, an employee who does not complete the requirements for the nursing program will also be required to pay back the tuition.
