Donate Your Vehicle


LifePath has contracted with National Charity Service and Charity Dispatch accepting vehicle donations including cars, trucks, boats, RVs, campers, pop-up campers, motorized wheelchairs, motorcycles and more. Vehicles can be running or not running. Car Donations Support Our Mission:  To provide the highest quality of services to people needing specialized supports through the blending of professional knowledge, arts and skills in an environment of unconditional respect and dignity. How: Program Details and Steps:
  • Operators are standing by 24 hours a day/7 days a week.
  • Fill out the online form or call the hotline for details (866-829-2918).
  • After filling out the online form, an NCS representative will return your call within approx. 15 minutes to half hour.
  • The vehicle will be picked up for free within 24-72 hours.
  • Most vehicles are accepted. They can be running or non-running.
  • NCS accepts cars, trucks, SUVs, vans, RVs, boats, motorcycles, pop-up campers & more!
  • Vehicle donations are tax deductible.
  • The necessary paperwork for tax purposes will be given to you at the time of tow – and also mailed via US postal service.

Vehicle Donation FAQs: What are the tax benefits? When you donate your vehicle, you may deduct the fair market value up to $500. If your vehicle sells for more than $500, you may deduct the full selling price. After the vehicle is sold, you will receive a letter stating the actual sale price to be used for tax purposes. How long does it take to donate my vehicle online/by phone? It takes between 60 seconds and five minutes to complete your donation online or by phone. Just be sure to know your vehicle’s year, make, model and where it is located. My car is not running. Will you still take it? We accept almost all vehicles., running or not running (Note-cars must have four wheels and steering wheel in order to be towed). What types of vehicles do you accept? We accept almost all vehicles including cars, trucks, vans and SUVs. We also take boats, motorcycles, airplanes, RVs and sports vehicles. If you have a different type of vehicle and are unsure if we will take it, just give us a call at 866.829-2918. What documents do I need to donate my vehicle? You will need a clear title (no liens, remaining loan payments or other claims against the vehicle) in your name. If you have any questions regarding the title of your vehicle, call 866.829-2918.

Volunteer

There are more ways for volunteers to help at LifePath than we can list here! From adopting one of our homes and providing maintenance services, to painting and gardening. From volunteering for one of our events to holding an event at your workplace. From donating tickets or gift cards to supplies we use for activities … volunteers are critical to LifePath.

Events

LifePath’s three annual fundraising events — Golf Tournament, Luncheon, and Walk for a Healthy Community — provide an excellent way for new and existing donors to contribute to the LifePath Foundation and the individuals we serve. They also provide a great way to get to know us and learn more about our organization in a fun, relaxed atmosphere.
