LifePath’s residential programs, led by an incredibly skilled and compassionate staff, provide support in the community setting that is best suited to the needs and abilities of each individual. They become part of a meaningful community both within the program and in the greater community outside.
All individuals are treated with respect and dignity.
Ridge Crest offers children who are medically fragile or technology-dependent a unique home-life environment.
LifePath’s Supported Living program assists individuals who live independently in an apartment.
Individuals with special needs become fully engaged in a home environment and receive care, compassion and companionship.
Homes are designed to meet the individual needs of each person. Trained staff provide person-centered care.
